To add these gadgets simply follow the instructions in the post. Basically you need to add these gadgets as a new contact within Wave - search for the emails in the post for every gadget.
Of course, many people will use translation bots (like aunt-rosie@appspot.com) as well.
And true pirates will probably want to use talk-like-a-pirate@appspot.com ... :-)
