I found a Firefox Addon once that automatically showed you the full URL instead of shortened ones, displayed the last tweet of a user that you hover over (like if you were hovering over the tiny icons of people someone is following), and showed you the Twitter user's Facebook link as well. I can't remember what it was called, but it was kinda cool. I had to uninstall it because it slowed down my browser a bit too much though.
