Nice writeup on this app..After reading your post, I went to Pixer and took it for a test spin. Aside from benig a Photoshop CS user with built-in prejudices, it is hard to believe that they released this product with such limited capabilities. First of all, I felt like I was donating my images onto their servers, more than using an app. It would be nice to have a "Image Clear" button, in the event you choose to abort and want to load another image. The Effects button is disabled, and where the heck is the Help button...Overall, very weak...~rick

Can't see any reason why this is better that MS image editor, or any other normal picture edditing application. For me Pixer.us looks more than a toy, not a software.

At the moment these sites are ot going to replace a serious photo editing suite. In my opinion this is what these sites are good for - fun, just like the approach http://www.pikipimp.com has taken.
