This is taken from the tour from Odigo, a chatclient which already did this at least 7 years ago.

You can even enter chat rooms on every Web site with other interested parties or leave notes that will be found by other users surfing to these sites later."
I always felt sorry that icq became the standard im program back then because this was a really nice program.
