I think you are also missing <a href="http://kickapps.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://kickapps.com">http://kickapps.com</a> and the European <a href="http://sixgroups.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://sixgroups.com">http://sixgroups.com</a> in your list.
