i am looking for a Blixseth that died in the Vietnam was but i see no mention of him anywhere on the wall or any databases including the social security database. any suggestions?

Through old stories I've heard that one Gary Arnaldo Guasp is my father's brother, (by dna), but I'm not finding any verification of this fact. He's not listed in the social security data base, no mention of family, parents, not even an obituary. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
