It seems however that you can get even more value by participating in niche sites - whether they be specific to books or part of your local alternative newsweekly, or about freehand.

A lot of sites are creating adjunct niche Q&A sites on the topics they follow or blog on. I'm a co-founder of YouSaidIt and we provide Social Q&A for these kind of sites (www.yousaidit.com). I hope you'll get a chance to check some of them out. For example if you are interested in Seattle you can see http://questionland.thestra...

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

One of the best I've found so far is www.funadvice.com
One of the things that makes it so great is that the staff is very involved and takes the time to actually help the members.

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

for additional Related post and more informational sites you you may follow us on this sites http://sora777.tk see you the guys!! i hope that i will help you.. :)

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

Yahoo answers is used widely around the world.

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

when you are reading this dont stop or something bad will happen! My company http://www.webanswers.com offers all users online advertising royalties on all questions answered.

I agree Yahoo Answers and WikiAnswers have to be the biggest Q&A egines on the web today....

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

Yahoo Answers has to be the best so far.

I'll be happy for you to compare Yahoo Answers to a new website Questioon.com

It builds on Yahoo answers by providing the best Yahoo Answers with a Mashup of Twitter Google and its own algo.

Works wonders.

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

Nice sites. There does seem to be a huge number of "dumb" questions on there though. It's amazing what people will actually ask online. Other Q&A sites like www.scoozme.com are good because you can add any media files you want to go with your question. Answerbag is fairly good too.

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

I love Yahoo! Answers, WikiAnswers, and Insightlopedia. The last site is relatively unknown (because it went beta last week...) so I would just check em all out. In the end, we all use google to find our answers anyway, so whatever service has the most answers and questions usually wins the SEO battle.

Re: Five Q&A Sites That Answer your Burning Questions

Great overiew of the Q&A space, Arnold.
