FreeTube is the best one on that list, Live-Online TV seems to be a little sketchy now lots of ads and hard to navigate and most links are broken. ChannelKing is down most of the time and it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Peekvid is a mess, nothing works on there anymore and way too many ads.

I agree http://www.viewmy.tv seems like the best and i've just had to review all of the web tv sites for my boss, over the last month. That site is very new and have really good developments coming up also.
