    Thanks for your interest in Tractis. I would like to point out that there is actually an import feature in Tractis. When you create a contract or template, you are given the opportunity to upload a base document (word, openoffice, html, txt, etc.)

    A neat concept! I recently built http://www.signatureconfirm.com, but I've been afraid to pre-populate it with contract templates for fear of getting sued for poorly written contracts. Tractis seems to have come up with a way to deal with this issue, but I wonder if it exempts them from liability.
